Air Dried Garlic can be used in a wide variety of applications including fast food, instant noodles, baking, seasoning blends, salads, sauces, soups and stews, pasta products, chips and snacks, cheese and dairy products, meats and sausages, ready meals, pet food products and more. Our facility is an FSSC22000 certified operation. Steam sterilization or Irradiation Treatment are available for microbiological reduction.

Air Dried Garlic consists of high quality, freshly harvested, mature Garlic which have been washed, trimmed, precisely cut and dried. This product is not grown from Genetically Modified seeds. After final drying step and prior to packaging, product is inspected and passed through magnets, metal detectors and X-ray inspector to remove ferrous and non-ferrous metallic contamination. This product pass U.S. FDA and comply with Current Good Manufacturing Practices. This product is HACCP, ISO, Kosher, Halal certified.
Our Dehydrated Garlic are available in different forms, such as Flakes, Granules, Minced, Powder etc. We can custom your desired forms when required.
※ Our True Steam Sterilization(Non-ETO), means the materials are heat-treated via Superheated Steam, which is ideal for microbiological reduction. The Killing Efficacy of our Steam Sterilization Device has been validated by SGS.
We can always make sure your products are not been fumigated with Methyl Bromide, Ethylene Oxide(ETO) or Propylene Oxide.
